For more than 30 years I have been working as a learning development specialist and coach - working both within organisations and with individual clients.
My coaching clients include artists, project managers, senior managers and leaders, doctors, community activists, academics and coaches; people planning new careers and new ways of living and working perhaps following career breaks, redundancy, retirement or serious ill health.
My organisational clients range from large national and international healthcare and academic organisations to small local community organisations - all of which recognise the importance of developing talent and supporting the continuing professional development of their people.
